Update check failure: Security error

I was trying to update from 1.3.10 and got this message: "Update check failure: Security error". I don't have any anty-virus going on. Couldn't find any information in google and this forum either.
How to fix it? Do I have to install new version manualy? Will my settings and playlists be saved and moved to new version after manual update?
