Media library scan initializing

Hello! I've been using foobar for a few years now but I've never had this happen, I've reinstalled my Windows and when I add my music folder to media library in status it says "Initializing..." and that's it, it doesn't scan the folder. I have the album list view set up by folder structure because that's the way I sort my music and earlier (every time I'd reinstall Windows in the past few years) if I'd add the folder to media library the subfolders would start to show up almost immediately, now they won't show up even if I drag the music to the playlist. I've tried reinstalling different version of foobar but it just isn't scanning my music. Any ideas how to fix this?
