Some general question and feedback

I noticed since 1.4 beta 12, there is msvcp140_1.dll. Is it additional dependency that safe to delete?
Since foobar2000 supports https, will all (foobar2000.org/license, doc, installer) linked to foobar2000 website updated as well?
foobar2000 Equalizer / SuperEQ Library source code (licensed under the GNU LGPL v2.1.) hasn't been updated since v1.1. I hope it will be updated as well.

Regards :)

There are some new functions in the msvcp140_1.dll that aren't used by foobar2000 itself but could be used by a component.
EQ hasn't been changed so there's no need for updates to its sources.
