Trouble with HE-AAC v1 stream

Hi,

I have a raw AAC (SBR) stream that faad2-2.7 refuses to decode.

It prints the error "Error: Bitstream value not allowed by specification".

I am trying to understand where the bitstream falls apart, without much luck.

Any help or pointers much appreciated.
