Corrupt Wav file

Hi everyone. I have an Ikey Plus recorder that records to usb. Unfortunately, I forgot to stop the last recording before turning off the equipment. I tried importing the file into Audacity as raw data, but it shows nothing in the display. The only reason I suspect that my data is there is because when I mouse over the file, it says that there is 561 Mb of data there. I am not even able to copy from the flash drive to the pc. Is there a way to recover this wav file?
