shntool 3.0.0 released

A long time in the making, version 3.0 is finally ready.  A lot has changed, including many of the command-line options.  Download it here:

Many thanks for your hard work. I am a long time user of this toolset. (This toolset even includes wav comparison that can search for offsets and can compare with that offset, which is rather rare gem).
