Editing the context menu - right click?

In the foobar2000 FAQ (http://www.foobar2000.org/FAQ) it says the following:

"Go to 'Preferences → Display → Context Menu', right-click a group you want to add an entry to, select 'Insert item → Command…', choose the command you're looking for from the list."

However, nothing happens when I right click on any of the list items! (Also, I don't see a way to move them up/down the list.)

Is this a bug or does the FAQ needs to be updated? Thanks

Needs to be updated. Your choice is to tick to see in context menu, untick to hide.
Shift>Right Click will show all in the context menu
