Media Library hangs when selecting a folder

moved its media collection to a different disk, write the new paths are created fine but when removing the old hangs tightly, suffering a few hours. Can you hand-clean it? How to remove from the system folder, so that there is information about the rating and the number of plays? How to clean from old records?

tried 30 times, pressing the delete button, tried the right mouse button-and everything was removed without slowing down. The question remains in this topic, how to clean the base from dead values? What add-on performs these functions by leaving a rating?
