lyrics show: scrolling doesn't work

Just installed lyric show. Am using default ui and dockable panels for the lyrics.
At first install lyrics scrolled. Then I changed the align from center to left and no more scroll. Changed back to center, still no scroll. Maybe I changed some other setting. What are the defaults, so I can go back to where it was at the start?  Thanks

Certainly the lyric align setting should not change scroll.
Might be silly response....but have you checked that scroll has remained enabled?

Yup, changed colors and align only. Enable Scroll still checked. Just changed colors back to black background to see what that did, and still no scroll.

On the rare occurrence when some foobar behavior does not make sense, I have had success with closing it down - even a couple of times and finding that upon restarting - all is well.

Superstition or truth...whatever works.
