Does foobar play wav files? If so How do I get them to play?

I have to ask whether you’ve even tried any of the obvious possibilities. Menu>File>Open, or drag a WAV file into the playlist, or set up a file association then double-click a WAV file in Windows Explorer… pretty much all of the standard ways to open any file in any program.

If you’ve tried this and seem unable to play particular WAV file(s), you’d need to provide more information before anyone could guess a solution.
