ColumnsUI Layout changes in Windowed mode

This is what the layout looks like when maximized: http://imgur.com/a/Vlo9m
It's what I set it to and what I want it to look like.
However, when I switch to windowed I get this: http://imgur.com/a/A42Wz
The vertical scroll bar is gone in the NG Playlist view, and the Seekbar, buttons and playback order are gone from the bottom. I don't know what this is caused by. Here's my layout tree: http://imgur.com/a/Cto7t

Controls are half-visible, scrollbar is still missing. This looks like a bug, surprised nobody's noticed this yet.
Has anyone run across this issue? Is there something wrong with the way I set up the tree?

Yes, they're all locked. Now that I unlocked them they're showing up. Thank you so much!
