A set of icons for different audio file types

Some audio format icons. They came out pretty weird but maybe some1 likes them

(please check full preview... the resized version is FUIHHH! )

EDIT: You can use them with Foobar by copying them all to "icons" folder in your foobar directory.
In the program itself, you can associate in preferences -> file types

EDIT2: Fixed WV file icon, generic file reads now "fb2k" instead of "gnric", thanks GeSomeone

Nice work. Can they be implemented automatically into windows from Foobar, or should I use folder settings and set a separate one per filetype?

EDIT: Silly me. Found it

I will try these to see if I like them. (At least until next foobar2000 update  )

Maybe these are typos?
WavPack is VW instead of WV
Wave is WA'V instead  if WAV (maybe intensional?)

In MP2 the sizes are the other way round (not sure if that is important)
suggestion: what if instead of "gnric" you would put just "foobar" (or fb2k) in the generic icon?
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.

Thank you very much!!! i'm glad some1 noticed..  i also changed the generic file icon as u suggested...
I didn't want to make them exclusively for foobar at first.. but now i'm OK with it

the little piece on the wav icon is intended... i wanted to put some decorations on the most popular formats so they wouldn't look so boring.
I also fixed the icon size order on the mp2 file.. thanks for pointing that out.. Although i'm not sure it's important actually
I like consistency though

Just a short question of a newbie: How can I use them (please incl. a code example)?

Hi,

just look at the first post:

You can use them with Foobar by copying them all to "icons" folder in your foobar directory.
In the program itself, you can associate in preferences -> file types

I took a look on the first post, indead. That's why I found the file itself.
After that I created an Icons folder within my fb2k directory, placed all ico-files into it and then I opened my "Preferences" page witin fb2k. But there wasn't any "file types" entry. Hence I thought there must be some more special thing to be done, i.a. doing some status bar scripting...

Portable installation doesn't support file associations.

Hello,

thank you very much for these icons!

The only thing I really dislike in foobar2000 are those ugly icons... Very nice that Mr. Pawlowski made even this feature so easy to change, respect  .

Cheers,

Mijo
