Create 432hz AAC Mp3 Flac WAV Foobar component

Could somebody Create a Automatic playing Foobar2000 432hz or customizable Hz component that can be converted to AAC MP3 with Standard + customizable Bitrate & WAV or Flac lossless

or make program that can do this why has this not been done yet?

File->Add location, then type
tone://432,10
Ok
This will add to playlist 432 Hz tone 10 second log. You can convert it to any format supported by fb2k converter.

Yes try the Pitch DSP in the above component (image below).  Also lots of free VST plugins are out there like https://kilohearts.com/products/pitch_shifter .
