Need help with additional fields in Properties menu

Hello, can somebody help me with one very important question - how to Add additional field with my own settings.
I want to add additional field that inform about language of The Song.
When I add it
- First: it appears with such symbols <> and with some reason all letters are big, looks like this <LANGUAGE>.
- Second: all standard fields are unremovable - that's OK, but my field is removable and when I want to delete only value of field also deletes my added field.
What I want to do - add somehow new field "Language" and make it with same privileges as standard fields such as Artist Name, Date, Genre, Track Number, Total Tracks, etc.
Someone, please Help me ＼（＾○＾）人（＾○＾）／, this is very important for me!

Add Language as standard tag field in

Preferences / Advanced / Display / Properties / Standard fields / Language=Language

Dude, you The Best!, your advice really help me, this what I looking for almost half a year by myself. Sometimes I went to advanced settings and for some reason don't see this.
