How to remove certain "noise" from an audio

There's a "no-signal radio" sound in the background.

you can start hearing it at 0.44s and some other parts. There's a way to remove it?

note: the noise is not from bad quality, that file is ripped directly to the flac one, its seems that the noise is purposely add to the song.

There are various filtering tools at your disposal in Audacity, which is where I suggest you go for this kind of problem.
It's your privilege to disagree, but that doesn't make you right and me wrong.

Use DeNoise by aufr33. It's the closest thing I've heard to magic.

I'll do you one better. UVR5 is ran locally and has the same AI models that run on that mvsep site.
(I might have jumped the gun on this, I didn't check if it has that exact model in the download list.)
Processed audio in java and python.

The background noise that sounds like low quality vinyl is audible throughout the track with different amplitude. I don't think removing it is simple, especially as there is no part where there is only noise so one could capture some noise print.

I tested that mvsep.com service. The returned file has the noise partially removed in places, but in other parts the noise is still entirely present. Personally the noise is the heart of that track, without it it's not as good.

UVR5 seems to be a vocal remover. I don't see how vocal removal could help here.

Or, if you wanna inference locally (AND you own Intel-based CPU/GPU), give OpenVINO™ AI Plugins for Audacity a try:
