CUETools BUG: Missing Apostrophe in Output Path Generated from Template Field

Is it appropriate to report a bug in CUETools in this forum? Can someone forward it to the developer(s)?

MY SYSTEM
Windows 7
CUETools v2.1.6 (and v2.1.5)

PROBLEM
When using a PATH that includes an apostrophe, such as "C:\Homer's Odyssey", in the "Template" field, it gets translated to the "Output" path without the apostrophe. Therefore, it creates a new folder that is difficult to find where it placed the output.

CONFIGURATION
Input: C:\Homer's Odyssey\CD 1\Tracks
Output: C:\Homers Odyssey\CD 1\Image + CUE        << Note the missing apostrophe
Template: C:\Homer's Odyssey\CD 1\Image + CUE
Action: Encode > default
Mode: Image + CUE
Audio Output: Lossless > flac > cuetools > 8
