Flac -> Mpc?

Is there a way to convert FLAC -> MPC with MPC Batch encoder as you can with ie. APE files?

* support of directly reading FLAC lossless compressed PCM files (works under Linux; Windows-FLAC do not work)

This is from original announcement for FLAC support, version 1.0.3 works perfectly in Windows too.
All you need is FLAC.exe somewhere in path and you can use flac files for input in the same way you use normal wavs.

Or you just try the stdin/stdout way...

I put flac.exe in the MPC Batch Encoder dir and suddenly everthing went very smooth!
