hello, i'm wondering, is it possible to set global hotkeys to play specific tracks in a playlist?

You mean in the OS? Windows? OSX? I suppose you could configure a launcher to run a specific track?

windows, i'm trying to find software that can easily assign around 50+ sound clips to global hotkeys and possibly effect playback rate
