Converting from FLAC to MP3 or Ogg Vorbis doesn't preserve metadata

Version of foobar2000 installed is 1.3.17.
FLAC files are self-contained, where 1 track is 1 file and all metadata is embedded into them (as opposed to 1 FLAC file per CD with metadata in a .cue file).

Not sure what other info is necessary.

Check your settings. Maybe you have "Transfer metadata (tags)" option unchecked.
