Title: APE+CUE: splitting question
Post by: Azevedo on 2012-08-07 22:35:48
Hey everyone!

I'm splitting this .ape file (with CUE) on Medieval CUESplitter and i got the attached question messages.

If i answer 'yes' it will create some extra tracks with short (~1min) tracks or even blank tracks.
These extra tracks seems to be part of 'regular' tracks but if i discard them, the total time of splitted tracks together won't be the same as the original.
Should i discard them or use some other cue splitter?

The CUE sheet:

Do NOT use that software for splitting. Use either CUETools or foobar2000 to properly split your stuff.

If you are wondering why Medieval CUE Splitter is bad, do yourself a favour and search the forums—there’s plenty of stuff to read.
