For the time being you have to use native FLAC and not be using embedded CUE sheets (i.e. the default settings).

Just to reply to this topic, i've been writing a small program moddeled on mp3releaser but for flac files. Its still being developed but I hope to get it out in the next few weeks. Here are some screenshots, I used an album from www.archive.org's lossless section as a test.

It creates a playlist, sfv file, and builds the nfo file automatically from the tag information. Also renames all the files to a standard and creates a directory.

It's being developed with the help of some people on IRC, somechannel* @ efnet. Any comments would be welcome.

*Moderation: link to the channel that seems to be linked to an illegal dc hub removed.

I would apreciate some feedback if anyone can give it a shot.

After testing it I noticed a few minor things.  When you have it copy the files the progess window freezes rather than showing the progess.
In the Log file analyzer a logfile with overreading on fails.  Also with overreading on having "fill up missing offset samples with silence" set to No says Fail also, but with overreading on there are no missing offset samples.

EDIT:  By the way, nice work.  Don't have much need for release stuff, but I've been wanting a Log file analyzer for ages. Perhaps you could even make a standalone log analyzer.

After lurking around on google, i found this: http://www.nfobuilder.com/
It should do the same as flacreleaser.

For many of this tasks, you could use microsoft powershell too
