Image does not show up when dragged to EAC

A JPG image of 817x845 doesn't show up when I drag and drop it in the empty space below where it says "CD cover", I tried with other images but it didn't work either, could someone tell me how to solve this problem or if there is another way of uploading a cover art?

There is an audio CD in the drive?

Yes, its an album with 12 tracks

Thank you for your help, I just closed and opened the program and it seems to have solved the problem.
