Last track won't accurately rip?

I am finishing up the ripping of my CD collection, and I have accumulated several CDs where it rips accurately except the last track in the last few frames. Can anyone provide a reason why this would be? I have a Plextor px-755 which is capable and enabled to read into lead-in lead-out, so I don't believe it has to do with reading the lead-out, though, for certainty, I wanted to see what all of you at the forum have to say. All opinions are welcome.

Did you try and set read into lead-out option to off? Do you still get an inaccurate rip then?
