Spectral View Plot Variations

Greetings to all.  I have been a long-time reader/lurker, just recently registered.

My question is in regards to various forms of spectral views, namely the colors used to represent various intensities.

The problem(preference more than inherent flaw) is in reference to the now extinct CoolEdit2000, and it's associated Spectral View.  As most are likely aware, EAC also has it's own spectral view, which while limited to 44.1khz/16-bit/stereo input files, I find works very well.  Specifically in regards to it's color scheme.  As depressing as this may sound, I have spent countless hours (easily 4-5) attempting to modify the color spectrum of CE2k's such that it looks near-identical (color-wise) to EAC's.

Here's a reference comparison of the same wave-form view.

CE2k

I have tried several hundred permutations of start & end points, none of which seem to yield the desired results.

Can anyone manage to configure CE2k's Spectral View in such a way that it looks near-identical to EAC's, color-wise?

(Yes, that is a challenge!)
