How do I move my settings from one computer to another?

I am using foobar2000 1.1.11 in a portable install at work. I have set it up the way I like it, and now I would like to use the same settings at home. I know that I can just copy my portable install folder and use that at home, but is there a way to use my portable settings on a normal foobar2000 install (non-portable)?

My settings are limited to things like formatting strings for codec conversions, and some minor interface things.

Thanks!

It involves moving the contents of the settings folder to the other machine. The settings folder is located in %appdata%\foobar2000 if you perform a standard installation, otherwise it is in the program folder. %appdata% is an environment variable which, by default, resolves to C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data under Windows XP, or C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming under Windows Vista and newer.
