Take my music library database on the cell phone, quickly searchable

No, this is not about a mobile mediaplayer indexing local files to find tracks.

So I still go to the second-hand CD stores. 
And I have quite a bit of a collection of mostly CD rips, too big to remember what editions of what album, e.g. which one was remastered or not (but there is a lot of that information in the FLAC tags).
What I need on my cellphone is that media library in a browsable and (quickly!) searchable way. Album-oriented; tracks are of secondary interest. Although I would like to be able to flip out the tracklist if I find an album, I have actually considered exporting a playlist with only track 1 of each album, to keep size down.

Any recommended Android apps for a lazy (and clumsy-with-my-fingers) user?

The 'copy names' option in Foobar2000 will give you artist, album, track number and track title. You could paste it into a spreadsheet or a text file.
