foobar2000 ftp server on iphone

i had just installed latest foobar2000 mobile to my iphone, was trying to setup ftp server in order to transfer mp3. 

i cannot turn on the ftp server while connect to local network, but if i connect to LTE which is data plan, i can turn on the ftp server. 

Can someone please help? What could be the issue?

never mind, i figure this out. This has something to do with your local network setting.  If you choose to use non-default DHCP setting, you will have issue.
