Tips/tricks to reassemble concerti

I've just ripped and encoded 12 movements of il Giardino Armonico
doing The 4 Seasons. Logically, I need to
splice so that I have 4 cuts, not 12.  To complicate, I would like to assemble movements from different groups to create an "Ultimate Spring," for example, composed of 3 different performances.
Honestly, there's something especially sweet about lying on the grass of a park on a fine day listening to it through headphones of a portable player.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, I'd appreciate others' tips and tricks.  Hopefully, this is the sort of thing the integrated HydrogenAudio tools will, in due course, provide.
