How to make listening tests with LAME?

Could anyone please help? How may I perform listening tests between OGG VORBIS and MP3 LAME CBR 384Kbps, using foobar? Or any other program you might suggest, for that matter?

foobar200 is not useful for direct comparison between 2 or more encodings and including the reference file. Two excellent softwares:
Java ABC/HR by schnofler
ABC/HR by ff123.

The very good article written by pio2001 should give you excellent advices
