Post by: Jud on 2006-11-19 02:07:55
Code: [Select]
EncInsp ver 0.1 - MP3 Encoding Inspector - Built: 2006-11-18
- Based (heavily) on Gambit's Mr QuestionMan v0.7 (http://burrrn.net)
- Converted to C# by Jud (http://cdtag.com)

usage:

[filename|directory] : scan file name or directory (default=current)
-r                   : recursive
-o [filename]        : output to csv
?                    : this screen

Example: ei
         ei c:\mp3 -r
         ei c:\mp3 -r -o output.csv
         ei c:\track01.mp3

Binary: http://cdtag.com/download/ei.zip (http://cdtag.com/download/ei.zip)
Source: http://cdtag.com/download/eisrc.zip (http://cdtag.com/download/eisrc.zip)
.NET 2.0 Framework (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en) (if needed)

It only does MP3's, and it's based on an old version.  But if you're a command line junkie like me, maybe you'll find some use out of this.

Slapped a GUI on.. the filtering and grouping in the grid is pretty cool.
