Mouse double-click has suddenly stopped working

I've had the Double-click action set to 'Send to Current Playlist' for a long time but it has recently stopped working. I've now set the Middle button action to 'Send to Current Playlist' and that works fine.

It's not a problem with my mouse as double-clicking works for opening files, etc. outside of Foobar2000. I also normally double-click the Shpeck visualisation window to make it go into fullscreen mode but that has also stopped working.

I've run the online troubleshooter and that says "No known problematic components found."

I'm using the latest version (v2.1.2 [x86])
