foo_uie_lyrics3 to support enhanced .lrc formats (sync individual words)

I wonder if there is a way to deal with the Enhanced .lrc format, which syncs to individual words. This is either to let lyrics3 take the Enhanced .lrc format, or to use a tool to remove the extra timestamps, i.e, to convert it to a simple .lrc format.

here is an example of an Enhanced LRC file:
