Need E-AC3 samples

Hi,

I've been on a quest for E-AC3 (a.k.a. Dolby Digital Plus) samples.  Most of the ones available from HD-DVD .evo files are high bitrate and do not make use of any of the enhanced features of the codec (other than the ability to do high bitrate).

The reason for needing samples which use enhanced features is for an open-souce E-AC3 decoder which is currently under development.  The decoder needs to handle as many format features as possible, which is hard to do properly without good samples.  If anyone here has access to an E-AC3 encoder, preferably a Dolby one, creating low bitrate audio clips would probably produce the types of samples we need.

So, any help would be greatly appreciated.  The samples only really need to be short clips, and the content doesn't really matter at all.
