i upload three lines which wholly come from lame sourc code:
green line is to calculating the 10th sub-critical band' masking curve, and the masking comes from all sub-critical bands;
others lines are with same meaning.
red line is for the 9th band
red line and green line come from original source code
blue line comes from modified source code;
