Is there any way to get a drive letter or any other id of a drive (\\.\PHYSICALDRIVEn) from "cdda://" item?

No, not as far as I know. A cdda:// path refers to a disc, which may be inserted in any drive or in none at all at a given point in time.

So, as I understood, cdda input plugin rescan all drives before play each cdda track on playlist?
