Msconfig In Xp

where is the msconfig in xp and 2k??? i never figured it out plus i tried to get one of my college instructors to help, even tho he teaches operating systems he couldnt understand what i wanted  so i take it msconfig is gone in these operating systems , but is there a menu like it?? where i can edit the start options and the programs of startup??

msconfig is in windows xp pro as far as i know...

ur right , but i swear it wasnt there a couple days ago lol , maybe that was a 2k system i was on
