Hello:

At home i usually listen my library with my Android (latest foobar2000 + upnp dlna renderer)...
It's possible to send from my Android to a ChromeCast Audio?

Maybe I'm missing the point of your question, but I think sending audio from Android devices is precisely what ChromeCast Audio was made for.  So .... yes.

but i don't see the "cast" icon in the android app ...
for plex, spotify etc...works well sending audio from the phone to the ChromeCast Audio...i don't how to do it with the fb2k app
