I watched better and nero 69 kbps ABR is definitely SBR

Codec Profile AAC SBR
i don't recommend anyone to use.
It sounds worse than instagram videos.
Probably even shazam audio is SBR

And, to add: what do 69 kbps or SBR have to do with this thread? This is about Igor's 192 kbps multicodec test.
