Fubar2000 for live performance?

Hello All.

Soundcard RME Multiface II, 8in-8out

Is there a way to use fubar2000 to play a mono wav thru one output, and add two separate live inputs for Reverb and Delay VSTs?

I am using fubar2000 for live performances but have to rely on the mixer board's fx, which don't respond to changing tempos.
The simplicity and stability of the playlist on stage has been flawless. No need for bells and whistles, just the ability to play one audio track and input two mics thru a delay/reverb VST. (That would respond to Tempo/BPM)

If this isn't possible, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas!
