My music sometimes stops in the middle

So, my music sometimes happen to pause during play, and resume like 5 seconds later.

I guess the issue is low buffer, but my music is read from a SMB share : is it considered local or network by Foobar ?

This started happening to me yesterday too. 1.6.3 beta 3. It hasn't ever happened before, in over a decade of daily use.

So, did you try to increase buffer in File->Preferences->Playback->Output->Buffer length ?

If foobar is seeing files from SMB as local files, then it is considered local.

How do I know if Foobar is seeing files from SMB as local files? The share is added in Foobar as a Music Folder with path \\FREEBOX_RM\RM_NAS1\Music

Same issue but files are loaded from external HDD. Very random issue.
