PC Foobar database access on Android?

Is it possible for Android Foobar to access the PC Foobar library? I would like to set this up.
I have a PC on 24/7 attached to a Synology NAS with music on it. Happy to pay for whatever software can get this happening.
Would I need to request this as a feature?

Create a media server using:
https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_upnp

Then connect to it with any client that supports UPnP, such as:
http://mobile.foobar2000.com/
