Are there any Windows music players that can play Pandora One?

Beside Pandora's own desktop application. Is there a Windows player that can play both local audio files, and also play Pandora One? I can't find whether or not Pandora ever opened Pandora One streaming to outside developers.

According to the JRiver devs, in response to a request to add Pandora streaming to their Media Center product, Pandora does not provide an SDK to allow other programs to access their stream.
