help with using R128GAIN

im asking for help with using R128GAIN tool.
i have about 300 mp4 music videos and i need to conform them to EBU R128 loudness standards. im a video editor, not familiar with scripting. i downloaded ffmpeg and R128gain, but i don't know how to operate with it. after opening R128gain i entered the syntax into command line, but nothing happens... i know how stupid this sounds, sorry, i need an explanation for dummies, step by step  i've googled this for days and i can't seem to find this basic information...

can someone help?

thanx
