Read this: https://wiki.hydrogenaud.io/index.php?title=Foobar2000:Components_0.9/foo_input_ffmpeg
You need 2 things: ffmpeg wrapper component and ffmpeg build of your choice:
https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_input_ffmpeg
You may need to add the extension to the ffmpeg config in foobar after installing the component, *.WEBM *.MKV etc.
