Converting FLAC Image to MP3 with Complete Tags

I've read that Foobar will not keep the embedded album art in the conversion and dbpoweramp seems to want to make my FLAC + embedded cue sheets into one big mp3 file.
Is there a simple way to batch convert my FLAC images to separate mp3 tracks with the album art I so painstakingly added manually to each album?
