0404 USB Windows7 Control Panel Won't Display

It was working fine until recently. I'm not sure what happened, but I can't get the control panel to show up any more. I've tried reinstalling the software and drivers too. That did not help at all.

So, I can't change the sample rate with the control panel(since there is nothing to click and alter).

I'm using Windows 7 x64 Release Candidate.

Any help would be appreciated.
