audition "vocal attacker" preset replication in sox

Adobe Audition has a single-band compressor. The single-band compressor in Adobe Audition has a preset called "Vocal Attacker", which has the following default parameters:
- threshold -27.1 dB
- ratio 21.1 x:1
- attack 0.0 ms
- release 3588 ms
- output gain 20.9 dB

SoX has a single band compressor called "compand".

Question: For "compand" in SoX, is it possible to use the same parameters that are in the Vocal Attacker preset from Audition?

Because the format is
Quote
compand attack1,decay1{,attack2,decay2}
[soft-knee-dB:]in-dB1[,out-dB1]{,in-dB2,out-dB2}
[gain [initial-volume-dB [delay]]]
and for attack I use 0.0 like I use in Audition, but for decay I don't know what value to use, because in Audition there isn't a parameter called decay.
