FLV AAC versus MP4 AAC

I was wondering if anybody knew whether the AAC that is stored in an FLV is of the same format as the AAC stored in an MP4 (assuming both are AAC-LC)?

By "format" i mean are they ADST, ADIF, or "raw frames" as they are naturally stored inside their respective containers.

The FLV spec says that the AAC should be "raw", but the way they wrote it sounded sketchy. and sometimes i hear terminology like "raw ADST headers" that makes things even more confusing.

Thanks in advance.

I see no reason why it wouldn't be. FLV and MP4 are just containers; the AAC stream is what actually contains the audio data.
