unsupported subframe coding (ch == 1)

I've been trying to encode some flac files to wav with CueTools and this error pops up, what can I do to fix this?

I'm not familiar with the exception.
My guess. The input file is interpreted as corrupted.

Did you also try libFLAC for the decoder?

Okay, the message changed, it says "Exception: Synchronization Was Lost", I looked it up and found out that it may be caused due to a corrupt Flac file, but how? I mean the sound is nowhere near the sound of a corrupt audio file, to put it simply it sounds totally normal, so what's up?

Nevermind, it is corrupt.
