Where is Playback Queue Viewer

In the past I used playback queue viewer and could playback change order. Now I can't find anymore the viewer in View or Playback menu (where Flush playback queue is available). I looked for plugin and found foosion's component, but it's several years old and it doesn't load in foobar2000 v1.3.8.

As I could in past, I want to view playback queue and be able to change playback order. What do you suggest?
